Service Description

Placenta encapsulation is believed by many to be an effective way to improve maternal health, wellbeing and milk supply in the postpartum transition. Samantha is a certified placenta encapsulator (IPPA) and offers both the traditional chinese method of encapsulation and the raw method of encapsulation. Encapsulation takes place in Samantha's sterilized work space and the capsules will typically be delivered to you 2-3 days following your delivery. The cost of this service includes an interview, a prenatal consultation, on-call availability beginning at 37 weeks, pickup of the placenta, encapsulation services with either method, a print of your placenta, a cord keepsake and delivery to your home. Other products such as tinctures and balms are available for an additional cost.
